Refund and Cancellation Policy

We provide a 14-days money-back guarantee on our products. Thus, if you have purchased a product from our website and wish to make a return and get a refund or replacement, you can return the item within 14 days of purchase. Please note that our 14-days money-back guarantee does not apply to damaged goods resulting from your negligence and is subject to our 5 days notice period for products damaged on delivery.

If on the delivery of the product, you discover that there is a damage/fault, you shall contact us immediately notifying us of such damage or fault. For returns and/or refunds to be made effective, you must notify us of your intention to return the product within 5 days of receiving it.

It is your responsibility to provide us with evidence to show the damage/fault was not due to your mistake and such damage/fault happened either prior to or on delivery. You have five (5) days to report any incident of damage/fault by briefly explaining the damage as well as including any photos. All evidence should be sent to the email address provided on the website. Refunds or replacement of such product either lost in delivery, undelivered or damaged on delivery shall be at our discretion. If possible, we advise that customers inspect the product with the courier present and if the customer observes the product has been damaged, the customer has the right to refuse delivery.

For a return to be accepted, the product(s) must be in good condition, unused, unopened, undamaged (except where the product was already damaged on delivery) and must be in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a returned item/product and have the item sent back to you if we believe the product/item had been damaged due to your fault or negligence or has been opened or used before return. If we accept your return for a damaged/faulty product, we will provide a replacement.

The customer will be liable for any cost of returning the item(s) to us. In exercising their statutory right, should we accept the cancellation, only the original purchase price of the product/item will be refunded, and any outbound delivery charges will not be refunded. In the eventuality of a refund, we will process such refund to the original payment method provided used in making the purchase. Kindly give 21 days for the payment to reflect.

If you wish to cancel an order before an item has been marked as dispatched, you can do this by cancelling the order through your account or emailing us. If the product has been dispatched, then it will be considered a return and you will be liable for delivery back to us.
